Palembang Lauk Pauk
Boiled shrimp can make a father and son fighting for the greatest bone of contention shrimp.

Ingredients
12 buahudang pole or tiger shrimp (prawn blackish color)
Seasoning mashed:
3 red chilies
5 spring onions
Condiments:
2 cloves garlic dikeprek
2 stalks lemongrass dikeprek
2 knuckles galangal dikeprek
2 bay leaves
2 cm turmeric dikeprek
secukupnyaAir tamarind
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fuel
Salt and sugar to taste
750 mlair
1atau 2 cucumber cut by one knuckle (optional)
1 buahTomat
1 lembarDaun onion cut pieces of 1 knuckle
Basil leaves to taste to taste
Optional: pineapple
Step

Put water in the pot along with spices, shrimp paste, salt, sugar, tamarind water and seasoning dikeprek. Cook water and seasonings TSB to boiling and spices to infuse. Then chill.


After a cold broth, put the prawns, tomato, cucumber / pineapple. Reheat to boiling. If shrimp are ripe / broth boiling, add leek and basil.
