Ingredients
200 gr shrimp, clean the heads and tails
250 g potatoes, peeled and diced, fried half-dried

100 thick coconut milk
3 tablespoons oil

1 cm galangal young, chopped
1/3 teaspoon shrimp paste fried

Spices
½ tsp salt to taste ato
1 tablespoon brown sugar to taste ato
2 teaspoons lime juice

How to make
Heat oil and saute shrimp until half cooked.
Enter the fine spices, bay leaves and galangal. Stir-fry until fragrant and slightly dry.
Pour the coconut milk, add seasoning. Simmer until thick, add the potatoes fried.
Reduce the heat, stir and continue cooking until the sauce shrunk half dry.
Remove and serve with warm rice, crackers and boiled vegetables.
