Vegetable Lodeh Sunda |
Subtle Seasonings Ingredients:
2 tsp dried ebi (scalded until tender)
4 Garlic
6 Onion (can be mixed with regular onions)
4 eggs hazelnut
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 tsp powdered kencur
1 tsp coriander powder
4 tsp salt
additional seasoning
4 thin slices of galangal
4 bay leaves
3 thinly sliced red chilli
3 thinly sliced green pepper
3 scallions, cut into 2 cm.
Sugar 3 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil (vegetable) for sauteing
½ cans of coconut milk
8 cups water

1 eggplant purple
1 bunch of green beans
2 fruit squash
1 piece of tempeh
How to make
Blend the ingredients spices using a hand blender or food processor.
Saute ground spices with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (canola).
Enter additional seasonings, stir-fry until fragrant.
Enter vegetables that have been cut.
Move into a pot large enough, add water and coconut milk.
Cook until tender and cooked vegetables ..
Ready to eat.
