Ingredients
500 grams cob
fine materials
15 red chilies
8 red chili sauce
8 magnesium onion
3 magnesium garlic
1 teaspoon coriander finely
2 knuckle turmeric
1 vertebra finger ginger
Salt and sugar to taste
2 pieces of tamarind
Cooking oil for sauteing
Curry leaves (I did not use because it does not find any near home)
Material covered in fish
1 piece of lemon water taken
Salt to taste
Step
First clean the fish and cut according to taste. Then coat with lemon juice and salt nopis.
Puree all ingredients except tamarind. Then stir-fry until fragrant and input tamarind and curry dau (if using). Stir-fry until cooked and input sudan fish smeared salt.
