Ingredients
1 kg of chicken, cut into pieces and cleaned
100 gr curly chilli
7 onions
5 cloves garlic
1 vertebra finger ginger
2 stalks serei
1 sprig of curry leaves (salam koja)
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup tamarind water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Soy sauce
turmeric powder
Salt

Step
Mix the chicken with turmeric powder and salt to taste. Allow a few moments.

Puree red peppers, onion, garlic and ginger.

Heat oil, fry half the chicken dry. Set aside.

Saute ground spices together with lemongrass and curry leaves until fragrant, put oyster sauce and mix well. Then enter stir fried chicken, give water to enter the tamarind and coconut milk. Then give the soy sauce and salt to taste. Cook until sauce shrink, correction of taste.
