Ingredients

    
1 kg of carp (1kg contents 3 heads)
    
2 knuckles Turmeric
    
2 knuckles Lengkuas
    
2 knuckles Ginger
    
3 pieces Tomato
    
5 spring onions
    
5 cloves garlic
    
2 pieces of banana leaves
    
6 pieces toothpicks
    
10 pieces of curly red pepper
    
5 pieces of red Cayenne
    
4 pieces of Kemiri
    
2 stalks lemongrass
    
3 pieces of bay leaf
    
1 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
    
2 bunches of basil leaves


Step

    
Clean the fish and cut into 3 and drained
   
Blend the spice turmeric, ginger, galangal, chilli, pecans, tomatoes, onions, garlic
Prepare the banana leaf that has been withered on the stove

Taroh basil, bay leaves and lemon grass that has been digeprek, then taroh most spice spiced who have been crushed.
