     Pepes fish Mas Spices Iris


Material :
1 goldfish (600 g)
1 orange juice
salt
5 green chilies, sliced
5 pieces of red pepper, sliced
4 scallions, sliced
1 piece ginger, sliced
1 piece of turmeric, sliced
6 bay leaves
20 leaves of basil
banana leaf / foil alumminium

How to make:
Fish bodies cut off, coat the salt and lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes
Mix the seasoning with salt to taste, smear on the outer body of the fish. Partially inserted into the abdomen
Wrap with banana leaf. Steam until cooked for 40 minutes
Bake until fragrant
