Ingredients
1 ounce tuna
Lime
1 vertebra galangal
1 vertebra ginger
1 vertebra turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
4 spring onions
2 red pepper (if you do not want it spicy, cored)
1 tsp coriander
1 bay leaf stem Koja
citronella digeprek
Sour starfruit vegetable (which has been dried and ground)
Belimbing vegetables, thinly sliced lengthwise
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Sugar
Broth (when I use the mushroom broth)
Water
Step
Wash the tuna, and give the lime juice. Set aside.
Puree galangal, ginger, turmeric, onion & amp; white, red pepper and coriander.
Saute ground spices + leaves koja + lemongrass until fragrant, enter the water.
Enter tuna + starfruit vegetable chili + intact + salt + sugar + mushroom broth. Stir occasionally until cooked.
